Being a troop that converted from BSA, we've had this tradition and wanted to continue having ribbons on the troop flag. These ribbons are a nice way to do that. I wish there would be "special event" ribbons like we used to get as well. IE there could be ribbons for the Troop's participation in the Backyard series, etc.
We've ordered ribbons from TLUSA before and they seem to have been haphazardly thrown into the box with other items and arrive bent. I'd like for the shipment method to be changed so that they arrive without creases in the ribbon. Otherwise these ribbons are lovely and worthwhile. I do not need the keychains that come with them and would prefer a lower price without the keychain.
